- The agent has an extension in the system.
- To work out of the office, the agent has his/her softphone configured (Bria).
- The agent is connected to our VPN network prior to launching Bria.
Log in to and out of a queue.
- Using your extension credentials, log in at https://switchvox-boca.corp.modmed.com
- Access the Switchboard by clicking the Switchboard button (top-right).
- Set your status to Available
- Log in to a queue by clicking the red X to the right of the queue name.
- Note: If you have more than one queue, and would like to log in to all queues at once, an option to do so will appear in the bottom right corner of the My Queues panel.
